Once you have purchased a subscription, you cannot claim a return. However, if you encounter any issues with our services, please contact our customer support team for assistance. We will do our best to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
Plan Upgrades and Downgrades
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. If you upgrade your plan, you will be charged the difference between the current plan and the upgraded plan. If you downgrade your plan, the remaining amount will be adjusted with the next month's plan. Please note that changes to your plan may affect your access to certain features and functionalities.
Cancellation of Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel your subscription during the billing cycle, you will still have access to our services until the end of the billing period. We do not offer refunds for unused portions of the billing cycle.
